Maxi-Mod™
This
modular all precast building allows for the ultimate in
flexibility for your large square foot enclosure needs.
Available in 20 and 30 foot widths and various lengths, Maxi-Mods™
provide you with a customizable enclosure from 500 sf up to
5,000 sf. With an Oldcastle Precast Maxi-Mod™, while you are getting a
site permit and a foundation is being laid, we are building in
our plant. Then, for square footage up to 2,000 sf, Oldcastle
Precast's
Maxi-Mod™ can be delivered, installed and secured on your site in
one day. Imagine having a 2,000 sf building completed and ready
for your equipment to be installed within 10 days of receiving
your site permits. Oldcastle Precast's Maxi-Mod™ is the ultimate
solution to get you online and producing revenue.
Maxi-Mod™Installation
Sequence:
1 -
Maxi-Mod™
sections are placed on a poured foundation or grade beams.
2 -
After the
initial section has been placed, the ring sections are bolted in
and sealed.
3 -
Once the last section has been placed, the floor tile and roof
joints are installed.
4 -
The building is immediately ready for the installation of your
electronics.
